Welcome to TOFT's Summer Competition 2026 #edsbookworm
With the help of Dewey the Bookworm this year’s Summer Competition will be an inspiring celebration of books and storytelling.
Books take us on journeys to places, times and worlds far away from our everyday, and in TOFT’s 20th year we hope that you’re enjoying our crocheted retellings of some of the world’s most popular stories. Whether you love to get lost in a romance, travel back in time with some history or prefer to escape entirely into a magical realm beyond this one, we’ve got a bookworm to suit everyone.
This Summer we invite you to crochet a bookworm and take a photograph that celebrates a love of books. Whether you’re showing off your bookshelf, taking an adventure to the library or feeling creative enough to capture your favourite character from literature.
Snap a photo (or video) of your ‘#edsbookworm’ and share it with us on Instagram, Facebook, or TikTok by tagging @toft_uk in the photo or reel and using the hashtag for a chance to win one of five TOFT goodie bags worth over £200 each.
Closing date for entry will be midnight on 04/09/26. After this date, no further entries to the competition will be accepted, although please feel free to continue sharing your photos!
TOFT Summer Competition 2026 #edsbookworm Terms and Conditions:
- The TOFT Photo Competition is open to all - apart from anyone associated with the competition including employees (and their partners and family).
- Entries must be made via public accounts on Instagram, Facebook or TikTok. There is no age or residency restriction on this competition – worldwide entries are welcome.
- This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with Instagram, Facebook or TikTok.
- All images submitted must be the work of the individual submitting them.
- There is no limit to the number of entries per person. Each photograph/video will count as one entry. ‘Story’ entries cannot be judged as they do not remain visible for judging to commence on the 4th of September 2026.
- Closing date for entry will be midnight on 04/09/26. After this date, no further entries to the competition will be accepted, although please feel free to continue to share your photos!
- TOFT will notify the winner on or before 18/09/26.
- The Judge’s decision is final.
- Five entrants shall win a surprise bundle of TOFT products worth over £200.
- Entrants must not do anything illegal and/or dangerous and/or that would put themselves or others at any risk.
