UK: The £60 order value does not include digital content (for example, pattern downloads or workshop bookings) or any of our subscriptions, even when paired with other physical items.
EU: ***updated 1st July 2026*** It is with sadness that we have had to increase our shipping costs to the EU in response to the introduction of further duties on parcels. We are doing everything we can to ensure we do not need to suspend shipping to the EU, and so all costs and processes will be stringently monitored through the second half of 2026 through this period of change. Please get in touch with any queries.
As a result of the introducing of the mandatory ‘cooling-off’ period all EU orders will now be placed on hold in our system for 72 hours before we process them. In this period please click the button below and paste the following message adding your order number to the subject field to cancel your order.
Please cancel and refund my order placed within the last 72 hrs immediately before shipping.

When placing an order under €150 from the EU, all taxes and customs duties will be paid upfront on the TOFT website. Parcels will ship under a duties paid system so we do not expect you to have to paid any additional fees upon receipt of your parcel as we will have paid this on your behalf. No fees or tax should be payable to the local courier before the delivery of your goods. TOFT's IOSS number is IM3720003663. If your parcel is over €150 a member of the team will be in touch regarding your order.
Exceptions:
Please be aware that different European countries apply the IOSS rules differently. Some EU member states won't allow some products (for example haberdashery items) to be imported on IOSS and will charge on the full value of the order**. If the courier charges tax or fees on your order, please get in touch. We won't be able to refund any fees, but we can refund the tax you've paid on our website as we will then not pay this on your behalf (20%).
**As of 1 January 2026, all parcels sent to Italy from outside the EU with a value less than or equal to €150 is subject to a €2 customs administration fee, collected directly from the recipient.
USA: From 10th September 2025 orders will ship under the PDDP duties paid service via Royal Mail and USPS. All taxes and tariffs will be collected and paid upfront on the TOFT website and you will not need to pay any further duties when your parcel arrives in the USA. REST OF WORLD: Our website calculates a 20% VAT discount (shown as ‘order discount’ at checkout) on any vat-able items in your basket (this excludes books and printed materials). Upon arrival in your country, you may be asked to pay tax, customs duties and/or an admin or clearance fee. The specific rates will be set by your country and vary subject to location. For Australia, fees are likely to apply on orders over £400. These additional costs are the responsibility of the customer and will not be covered by TOFT. EXPRESS DELIVERY : Any UK orders placed before 12:00 midday will be shipped the same day and will aim to arrive the next working day (Please note that delivery can take slightly longer at peak times and is not always guaranteed). Please be aware that we cannot ship to PO Boxes when Express International delivery is selected. This service does not apply during weekends and bank holidays.
